Interculturality, authenticity, coherent unity and dynamism: these are the four pillars for the work of drafting a Ratio. With the Fifth Assembly of the General Formation Office of the Capuchin Friars Minor the process to improve ways of communicating the charism today has reached a further important stage. The need to begin the preliminary steps towards the realization of a Ratio Formationis Ordinis (Formation plan) was the subject of particular attention and dialogue, as requested by the Magisterium of the Church and by our Constitutions, and particularly by the present General Superiors, who have made formation a priority in their animation and fraternal service.
